Specializing in the machining and fabrication of custom components for high technology industries. Our experience includes machining for high vacuum service as well as the techniques needed for making high purity vacuum and process gas manifolds and adapters.

We enjoy repair work as well as manufacturing new parts. We do manual machine work as well as CNC machining. We manufacture everything from non-patented parts and tooling to proprietary prototypes. We like to do small production runs and will assist in the design of your difficult parts.

Our specialty is versatility. We can work from prints, patterns, of dimensioned sketches. We weld, work sheet metal, shear, grind, tap, and make pulls in tubing, etc. We have TIG and MIG welding capabilities.

When needed, we are happy to send the completed parts to our Electropolishing and/or chemical cleaning facilities for final surface preparation prior to shipment.
